- If we do not receive a response within 48 hours of sending your proof, we will proceed with creating your sign exactly as shown in the proof.
- By approving the proof, you accept responsibility for its accuracy. Timberline Art Studio cannot be held liable for errors in the final product once the proof is approved.
- If you request changes after approving your proof—whether manually or due to no response—the associated costs will be your responsibility.

FRAMED CANVAS SIGNS:

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR CANVAS SIGN:
- For quick cleaning, dust your canvas with a soft dry cloth or a feather duster.
- For a deep clean, use a clean damp cloth to wipe the canvas as gently as possible.
- Do not display in area with direct sunlight to keep the print from fading over time.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals and abrasive tools that may damage the canvas or scrub away the ink.
- Clean with care and let it dry on its own. Don’t soak or spray the canvas.
- Avoid displaying or storing in damp, humid areas to prevent molds on print and warping of stretcher bars.

SHIPPING & TRANSIT TIMES
- FREE shipping on all orders to the “Lower 48” United States!
OUTSIDE THE “LOWER 48”
- Applicable shipping charge will be added at checkout depending on ship-to address outside the “Lower 48” United States.
- Once shipped, delivery takes an average 4-5 business days (following production of course) within the continental U.S.
- **Shipping times vary depending on location and item.
- We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
- To ensure your package arrives in plenty of time, please provide ample time for shipping. Transit times are approximate, not guaranteed, as carrier issues may occur which are beyond our control. Timberline Art Studio is not responsible for packages arriving late and cannot issue refunds if your package arrives later than expected. If your order is time sensitive, please let us know before ordering so that we can ensure we can accommodate your request.
- If you would like to add shipping insurance to your order, please add during checkout.
- **If for any reason your order cannot be delivered due to address or availability issues and your package is returned to us, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the order to be re-shipped.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES
- Due to the handmade-to-order nature of our items, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.
- We are glad to help with shipping damage or quality/condition issues!
- We can only cancel your order as long as it has not began production. We ship orders very quickly, so cancellations are not always possible.
- Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of initial placing of your order, due to our fast production. Once an order begins production, we cannot process a cancellation.
- **Please note - If we have started the design work or have sent a proof, a $20 cancellation fee will be applied when cancelling the order.
We reserve the right to CANCEL, without prior notice, any order containing vulgar language or image(s)!
